OUR AGENTS

As a 6th generation "Yooper", you can say I have a great love and appreciation for Michigan's Upper Peninsula. I was born in Manistique and grew up in Germfask. I know the area well and whether you're buying or selling, I'm dedicated to matching dreams to homes. With so many great properties, give me a call and let's get looking!

Born and raised in Manistique, I have plenty of local knowledge to help assist you through your home or land purchase. I have been in Real Estate since 2008, licensed as an Associate Broker since 2017. My designations include: GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), PSA (Pricing Strategic Advisor), & ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative). I have worked with clients to sell city homes, rural homes, waterfront property, vacant land, and I also have expertise in foreclosures. In 2016, I ranked as the #1 agent for the amount of homes sold in the UPMLS. I love helping people and my motto is........ "I will work hard for you!"

Whether you are looking for Lake Michigan waterfront or a quiet place to build your dream home, I can help. I've been working in real estate in the Manistique/Schoolcraft County area for over 20 years, let my experience and knowledge work for you in your attempt to find the perfect home, vacation home, camp or just that get-a-way spot you have always dreamed of!

Born and raised in Manistique, I am a yooper at heart. My interest in real estate runs deep in my blood and was present at a young age. Growing up, some of my fondest memories were made building with my dad. As an entrepreneur himself, my dad built cabins, homes, and small businesses and was involved every step of the way. Throughout the process, I was right by his side helping him demo, going over blueprints, listening in on his meetings with inspectors, and watching his dreams become realities. I believe my love for real estate coupled with my hard work ethic and superb communication skills will prove to serve me well in this industry. While purchasing land and homes can undoubtedly be overwhelming and intimidating, it is also rewarding and worthwhile! I will work tirelessly to find a property that best fits you, on a schedule that accommodates you. I am truly proud to be a part of the team at Grover and welcome you to give myself or any of our agents a call for a personable buying or selling experience!

I was born and raised in Manistique and have spent my whole life here. I worked at the Paper Mill for 38 years but now real estate is my passion. I believe real estate is the job that was waiting for me and I am embracing the opportunity! I enjoy golf, listening to music, watching sports of all kinds and being with my family and friends. Let me help you make your dreams come true. "Dan is my name and Selling is my game"

I grew up on the western edge of the Upper Peninsula, near Lake Superior. After attending Michigan State University to earn English and Education majors, I moved to Manistique for a teaching career, which presented opportunities to learn something new every day. It has also offered a safe and stable place for my husband and I to raise our family. After twenty-five years as an English teacher, I am continuing my education in a new field. Real estate has interested me for a long time, and I am as passionate about researching listings and marketing homes and land as I was about teaching. I will work hard to help you to navigate the real estate market.

Born and raised in the Lower Peninsula, I fell in love with the UP and made it my permanent home in 2003. I’ve planted my roots in Manistique with my two children and our two golden retrievers! With over 8 years of mortgage lending experience, making the leap into real estate felt only natural. Whether you are buying or selling, being a part of the Grover Real Estate Team gives me the leg up to help you make your dreams a reality! I’ll find the house, you make it a home!

Jim started with Grover Real Estate in 1999! As a former employee of the US Fish & Wildlife Service Jim brings vast knowledge of everything and anything outdoors. He has lived in Manistique since 1979 and has been a top agent at our office since he started his real estate career with over $100 million in sales in the past 21 years. Jim enjoys hunting and fishing and while he is mostly still “old school” he stays up to date on all the new listings in the area and is ready to see that you have all the information you need to feel comfortable buying or selling real estate.
